Full bathrooms
Everything comes out and the room is built back up from the substrate. Once the old suite and tiling have gone we sort whatever has been sitting behind them, then set the services out around how the room is actually going to get used.
- Complete strip-out, taken off site

- Boarding over the walls, tanking through the wet zone
- Bath, shower, basin, WC, brassware and wastes
- Tiling or panelling, plus whatever goes down on the floor

Walk-in showers
Nine times in ten this starts with a bath that has not been used in years. Once it is gone the room reads much bigger, and in a bathroom of ordinary size the whole swap is days rather than weeks.

Wet rooms
Take the tray out of the equation and the floor becomes the shower — tanked right through and graded to the outlet. Nothing to step over at all, which is why we suggest it first wherever getting about is the deciding factor.

Tiling, panelling & floors
This is what separates a room that looks fitted from one that looks designed. Lines struck off the centre, joints running true, and grout and sealant ordered to the tile rather than whatever was left over in the van.

Single fittings
A good share of the calls we take are about one item, not the whole room. Something has given up, or it simply looks its age. We take the old one out, put the new one in, and nothing else in the room gets disturbed.

Warmth
Heated rails, radiators and underfloor matting fitted at first fix, while the boards are up and the runs are reachable.
Making good
The line where the old tiling stopped, the ceiling above it and the corners nobody enjoys — filled, skimmed and blended out.
Easier access
Level floors, trays with next to no upstand, and rails fixed into something that will genuinely hold a person’s weight.
